UX strategy & research

The cheapest time to fix a website is before it is built. Research turns "we think" into "we know" — and saves the budget that guesswork burns.

Why research first

Your customers will tell you what to build

Five moderated usability sessions typically expose the majority of the serious problems in a journey. That is one afternoon of watching real people struggle — versus months of debating internally about what "users probably want".

We recruit real participants from your market, put your site (or your competitor's) in their hands, and record where the confidence drains away. The findings are ranked by revenue impact, not by how interesting they are to designers.

The toolkit

Choose the study, or let the question choose it

  • Moderated usability testing — five to eight sessions per round, run in English or Bahasa Malaysia, recorded and clipped for your team.
  • Customer interviews — recent buyers and lost deals, asked the questions your sales team never gets to.
  • Journey mapping — the full path from first search to repeat purchase, with the friction points priced.
  • Analytics deep-dive — where the numbers say people leave, cross-checked against why the recordings say they leave.
  • Information architecture testing — card sorts and tree tests that settle navigation debates with data.

What you walk away with

Every study ends in a working session, not a slide dump. You get a findings report ranked by impact, a prioritised fix list your developers can start Monday, and the raw recordings for anyone who needs convincing. When the research precedes a rebuild, the wireframes arrive already argued for.

Scope and investment

A single-question study (for example, "why do carts stall at delivery options?") runs about two weeks at RM9,000–RM14,000. Full discovery for a rebuild takes four to five weeks. Findings feed straight into custom web design or a conversion programme.

What is the question keeping your roadmap stuck?

Bring it to a call. We will design the smallest study that answers it properly.
